Annual Dues
Annual dues for the White Oak Estates Property Owners Association are currently $240 per year and due by March 1 every year.
These dues go towards maintaining our lovely neighborhood and to make improvements when necessary. We are responsible for maintaining the common areas near the entrances, including landscaping, irrigation, and lighting. We are also responsible for maintaining the grass around the retention areas and ponds, as well as the various traffic islands.
