Mailboxes
To maintain a consistency of look across the entire subdivision, our association covenants state that "All repairs and replacements to any mailbox shall be consistent in design, size, appearance, color and quality of material with the mailbox designated by the Developer."
As mailboxes and their posts age and need to be replaced, homeowners are certainly welcome to effect their own repairs, but if needed, you can contact this company who already knows what is required within our POA guidelines:
